  1. Western Engineering Ent LLC warranty terms are
     provided on quotations, upon request, and are contained herein.
    2.   
  2. Western Engineering Ent. LLC warrants that repair services will (a) correct the identified initial problem(s), and (b) be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use condition for a period of  3 months from the date of delivery of the equipment to Customer.

  3. If Western Engineering Ent. LLC receives notice of a repair defect or nonconformance during the warranty period, Western Engineering Ent. LLC will, at its option, correct any defect in materials or workmanship, replace the defective equipment, refund any amount paid for the defective repair services, or grant customer a reasonable credit on account, no additional problem(s) will be cover other than repair indicated by initial written quotation.

  4. Failure to provide notice of a repair defect or nonconformance during the warranty period shall relieve Western Engineering Ent. LLC of its obligations under the warranty.

  5. Western Engineering Ent. LLC warranty does not include protection against loss or damage caused by fire, flood, theft, misplacement, abusive handling, willful or intentional conduct, or damage or loss caused during shipment between Customer and Western Engineering Ent. LLC.

THE WARRANTY IN THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS ARE EXCLUSIVE, AND

NO OTHER WARRANTY, WRITTEN OR ORAL, IS EXPESSS OR IMPLIED.

Western Engineering Ent. LLC SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF

MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGMENT.
